Free Sample Policy
1. Free samples are limited to the standard specifications of our standing stock, if there is no product in stock that fully meets your needs, we will try to provide the closest specification.
2. Quantity limit: 1-10 pieces of free samples for each specification, new customers can apply for up to 1 sample of different specifications.
3. Size range: Free samples are mainly for regular smaller size magnets, excluding large magnets with unit price up to tens or hundreds of dollars.
4. Shipping cost: We only provide free samples of permanent magnets, but the shipping cost should be borne by the customer.
5. Preparation time: For stock spot samples, we will send them out within 2 working days.
Paid samples and refund policy: If your sample requirement is beyond the free range, we can provide customized samples and the cost will be determined according to the specifications. If you place a subsequent purchase order, we can return the sample cost in proportion to the order amount, up to the full sample fee.

Why not all magnet samples are free?

The fixture and parameters need to be adjusted before each production, which makes the process complicated and prone to scrap, resulting in increased costs.
2. For neodymium magnets or samarium cobalt magnets, the material is more expensive, special processing, specific precision tolerance, plating, etc. will increase the production cost.
3. The cost of sample manufacturing is much higher than the cost of mass production, expensive in labor, start-up fee, etc..
