NdFeB 45EH grade belongs to one of the grades of rare earth NdFeB magnets, where “45” stands for its maximum magnetic energy product (BHmax) of about 45 MGOe (Mega-Gauss Oersted), and “EH” refers to its coercivity grade, i.e. demagnetization resistance. EH” refers to its coercivity rating, i.e., its resistance to demagnetization. The “E” grade of coercivity means that the magnet retains its magnetic properties at relatively high temperatures, and the “H” further enhances this property, making the material particularly suitable for applications that require operation in high temperature environments.
Neodymium magnet N45EH grade magnetic property data;
Magnetic energy product (BHmax): 45 MGOe, indicating that the magnet has strong magnetic properties.
Residual Magnetism (Br): Generally between 13.5-14.1 kGs, this high residual magnetism value allows 45EH grade NdFeB to exhibit strong magnetic field strength in magnetic applications.
Coercivity (Hcj): ≥ 20 kOe, with very good demagnetization resistance.
N45EH grade neodymium magnets temperature resistance:
Maximum working temperature: 200℃, it still maintains good magnetic stability in high temperature environment, which makes 45EH grade NdFeB suitable for applications with high temperature requirements, such as high temperature motors, ovens, tin stoves and so on.
