9. Magnetic consistency differences
Reason: Purity of raw materials, composition ratio or batch varies greatly, temperature and time control during sintering process.
Solution: Strictly control the source of raw materials and use rare earth materials with high purity and low impurities. Precisely control the sintering temperature and time to ensure the consistency of the process.
