2、Provide the magnet manufacturer with detailed magnet specifications, including performance grade (e.g. N42, N52, etc.), dimensions (step height/thickness), tolerances, plating requirements, etc. If possible, it is better to provide drawings.

4、The magnet manufacturer will make preliminary samples based on the confirmed design and materials. The samples will be manufactured exactly according to the technical requirements of the drawings.

5、After getting the customer's approval, both sides agree on the magnet specifications and shapes, price, delivery time and so on, and then sign a formal purchase contract.

6、Arrange mass production according to the confirmed samples and order quantity.

7、Conduct necessary quality inspection to ensure that all magnets meet the predetermined standards.

8、Package the finished magnets with necessary magnetic separation to meet the requirements of air or sea transportation.
