This is a rectangle magnet with one eccentric hole (The hole is not in the middle), the material is sintered ceramic ferrite. Ferrite magnets are easy to identify because of their dark gray color, unlike neodymium magnets, they do not require any coating, because they are non-corrosive materials. They are resistant to oxidation and corrosion, and are not easily demagnetized. They are generally axially or thickness magnetized, and can also be multipole magnetized. Most of the magnets with holes we see are based on neodymium magnets, rarely see like ferrite with holes, rectangular ferrite magnets with partial holes are basically rarely in demand.
