Ferrite circular magnets belong to sintered permanent magnet materials, composed of barium and strontium ferrites. This type of magnetic material not only has strong demagnetization resistance, but also has the advantage of low cost. The magnetic energy product range is between 1.1MGOe and 4.0MGOe. Due to its low cost, ferrite magnets have a wide range of applications, from motors, sensors, speakers to toys and handicrafts, making them the most widely used permanent magnet material at present.
In terms of performance, ferrite can be divided into two types: isotropic and anisotropic. Isotropic magnets can be magnetized in any direction due to their lack of orientation, while anisotropic magnets need to be magnetized in the direction they are oriented in the manufacturing direction. Heterogeneous magnetism is stronger than isotropic magnetism.
Commonly used properties of anisotropic magnets include Y25, Y30, Y35, Y30BH, etc; Commonly used properties of isotropic magnets Y8T and Y10T
Ferrites can be selected as blocks, discs, rings, arcs, or irregular shapes, and can be customized according to customer requirements (blocks can be wire cut or molded, while magnets of other shapes can only be molded)
