2. Encapsulation protection
Encapsulation treatment is to completely wrap the magnet in waterproof material to prevent the intrusion of moisture and air. Commonly used are plastic encapsulation, rubber encapsulation, stainless steel encapsulation, etc. Plastic encapsulation is the use of durable plastic materials (such as polyethylene, polypropylene or PVC) to encapsulate neodymium magnets, which can provide effective waterproof protection. Rubber (e.g., silicone or neoprene) encapsulation can provide good flexibility and waterproof performance and is suitable for applications with high environmental requirements. For applications requiring high strength protection, stainless steel housings can be used for encapsulation. This method is more costly but provides the strongest waterproofing and corrosion protection available.

3. Waterproof paint or spray paint
Waterproof paint is a specially formulated paint that can form a waterproof barrier on the surface of the magnet to prevent the intrusion of moisture and air, thus reducing the corrosion and oxidation of the magnet, care needs to be taken to select the paint suitable for the material of the magnet, and multi-layer spraying to ensure complete coverage.
